Las Ventanas is a very beautiful residency that was finished built on the early 2000's, the homes here offer a beautiful 2000 aesthetic home interior and exterior, homes in Las Ventanas tend to 3 bedrooms or sometimes offering homes with at least 4 bedrooms, so this homes would be a perfect fit for either a small family or for a couple who wish to own their first home and live in a comfortable quiet place in which you can enjoy your days being near the beach coast.
Las Ventanas is a great fit for individuals that also don't like living in big cities, if you like living in quiet residencial areas this would be a great fit for you and your loved ones, now since this residency was built around the 2000's this residency does lack amenities, this residency does not offer many amenities inside of the gated community / residency so if you're looking for a residency that offers many amenities Las Ventanas is maybe not the best option.

This is one of the few gated communities / residencies that does offer a direct beach access inside of the residency that's located in Puerto Nuevo municipality, even though Las Ventanas is not considered one of the best residencies nor the top 10 residencies located in the Baja California Peninsula it is still one of the most unique gated communities / residencies located in the Baja California Peninsula
The homes in Las Ventanas can be estimated around the price estimate from $389,000 USD to the highest price estimate of $679,000 USD, obviously depending on the home unit that finds itself currrently available for sale, the homes here are unique and is recognized as a exclusive gated community / residency
Las Ventanas residency does not offer "budget" homes, if you're under a budget Las Ventanas might not be a attractive option for individuals that wish to to buy cheap home units, Las Ventanas is not a "top 10 residency" at least from my list but that does not mean it is not a exclusive gated community / residency this is one of the few residencies located in Puerto Nuevo that offer a direct beach access and that also is located right next to the beach shore.
